STAFF ATTORNEY - KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

The law firm of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an individual to work as a staff attorney in its growing national management-side Employment, Labor & Workforce Management (ELWM) practice.  The office location is flexible, and we will consider candidates to be affiliated with any of the Firm’s existing offices.  Candidates should have a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in employment law, counseling and/or litigation, including knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws (e.g., Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and similar state/local laws, wage and hour, trade secret law).
